This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the Simple + Suite website (the “Site”).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from Atlanta, Georgia. All domestic orders over $100 ship for free. We are currently not shipping internationally, but hope to be adding international shipping soon!

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Simple + Suite is unable to reroute packages once shipped. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Simple + Suite cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Sadly we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed unless there was a mistake on our end.


We hope you love your purchase from Simple + Suite! However, domestic returns of unworn and unused items will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt for refund or store credit. Intimates, swimwear, socks, beauty, one of a kind and sale items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. Simple + Suite reserves the right to refuse any return.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. However, where we determine in our sole discretion that a customer is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may cancel or restrict the customer's orders.
